This experience will be offered in person by Aryelle Alysha at Unity by the Shore and streamed via our Zoom platform. In-person attendees are welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillows, and/or blankets. An open space will be provided at UBTS, while those joining from home are encouraged to arrange their space and technology accordingly. If you prefer to remain seated in a chair, you are welcome to do so.

Let us come together on February 22, 2026 March 8, 2026, at 10:30 AM for a special service. During our time together, we will reflect on the inspiring words of James Baldwin—American writer, essayist, and moral voice—whose work continues to inspire truth, courage, and love.

We are grateful to have Ben Wilton with us again, sharing his gift of song to enrich our time together.

On Black History Sunday, it has been a Unity by the Shore tradition to bring a dish to share that represents soul food to you. Following the service, we will have the opportunity to connect in fellowship as we enjoy one another’s soulful bites. If you are joining us via Zoom, you are invited to celebrate by enjoying your favorite soul-filled dish from the comfort of your home.

I hope all our local peeps will join us in person this Sunday! I look forward to seeing each of you—both in person and on Zoom.

This book study offers a sacred space to engage The Five Questions as a living spiritual practice rather than simply a book to be read. Together, we explore the five essential questions that invite us into deeper self-awareness, soul alignment, and conscious living.

While Sunday services inspire and uplift, a study group creates a different kind of spiritual container—one that allows us to slow down, reflect, listen deeply, and integrate spiritual wisdom into daily life. In this setting, we move beyond inspiration into embodiment, allowing insight to deepen into lived spiritual understanding and practice.

Through shared reflection, contemplative dialogue, and gentle inquiry, participants are supported in:

  • Deepening their spiritual awareness and inner listening
  • Clarifying what it means to live from their Divine nature
  • Strengthening spiritual discernment and soul-centered choice-making
  • Integrating faith and practice into everyday life

Equally important, this group nurtures meaningful connection. It creates a supportive community of individuals who are consciously engaged in a journey of soul awakening and empowerment. As we listen to one another’s insights and experiences, we discover that our individual journeys are enriched through shared wisdom, compassion, and presence.

This study is not about having the “right” answers, but about learning to live the questions themselves—trusting that, over time, our lives become the response.

Winter to Spring Awakening is a gentle morning prayer series inviting us to pause, enter stillness, and awaken to the quiet movement of Divine Life within.

As the seasons shift from winter to spring, let us come together in meditative prayer—a practice of conscious communion with Divine Presence. Through prayer, chanting, and silence, we rest, listen, and open to spiritual renewal.

This meditative prayer practice supports:

  • Deepening prayerful awareness and inner listening
  • Consciously aligning with Divine essence and inner guidance
  • Beginning the day grounded, calm, and spiritually aligned
