Relationships are essential to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.  Cultivating healthy relationships with others is dependent on the type of relationship that we can cultivate with ourselves.  Self-Knowledge about our spiritual and human nature not only supports us in understanding what empowers and disempowers us but lays the foundation for how we are able to relate to others in our lives.  Likewise, accepting ourselves compassionately and unconditionally provides the roadmap for us in developing relationships that are authentic, supportive, and meaningful.  

In the #1 New York Times bestseller,  Atlas of the Heart,  Brené Brown states, “If we want to find the way back to ourselves and one another, we need language and the grounded confidence to both tell our stories and be stewards of the stories that we hear. This is the framework for meaningful connection.”  

During your participation in the book study of the Atlas of the Heart,  you will explore eighty-seven emotions and the experiences that define what it means to be human, the essential skills necessary to establish meaningful connections, and much more.

Let Your Yoga Dance is a joyful celebration of body, mind and spirit. It’s a movement practice that everybody (EVERY BODY) can do because it’s offered in a safe, caring, and compassionate environment. Great for all ages, bodies, and abilities. No yoga or dance experience necessary.

In a virtual Let Your Yoga Dance class we build community and positivity resonance by combining gentle yoga (no twisting into pretzel shapes), user-friendly dance (no complicated choreography), creativity, and positive psychology with music from around the world. There is a connection between participants, in which self expression, laughter, and feelings of gratitude come alive. As we move through our seven energy centers of the body, the heart pumps, the brain is engaged, strength and balance are improved, and feelings of love and compassion are shared. Students receive a gentle yoga experience plus an aerobic workout without even knowing it. If you are five or ninety-five, you can participate in this fun-filled practice. There is no “required” floor work; have a chair available for those who wish to move from a seated position or simply take a break.

Everyone is a dancer! Come join us for this hour of FUN! Laughter and smiles are guaranteed 🙂

Mindfulness Meditation – via Zoom

If we find ourselves distracted or uneasy, we can practice mindful breathing, walking and meditation to help center and return to ourselves in the present moment. Through the practice of mindfulness, we can increase our ease and happiness every day. 

Practice includes guided sitting meditation, walking meditation and optional sharing.

All are welcome, no experience necessary.
We welcome anyone who is interested in joining us!

Most medical doctors when treating a patient focus solely on the physical anatomy, biology, and genetics of an individual when formulating a treatment plan.   In Anatomy of the Spirit, Caroline Myss, medical intuitive and spiritual teacher, draws on the wisdom of the Christian, Hindu, and Kabbalah traditions to explain how stress, the physiological belief system, and the emotional well-being of an individual impacts his/her/their health.   

Additionally, Myss discusses in detail the seven energy centers, Chakras, of the human energy system and the corresponding organs in relationship to the anatomy of one’s emotional and spiritual state of being.  The seven sacred truths of the chakra system are presented along with reflective questions for one to discern the health of his/her/their energy system that when balanced leads to personal and spiritual empowerment.
