This experience will be offered in person by Aryelle Morgan at Unity by the Shore and will be streamed via our Zoom platform.  For in-person attendees, you are welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillows, and/or blankets to this service.  An open space will be provided for you at UBTS; for those joining from home, we suggest you arrange your space and technology accordingly. Those wishing to remain seated in a chair are welcome to do so as well.

At the Sacred Spiritual Movement Workshop, we invite you to step into a space of shared vulnerability and deep connection. It’s a time to open your heart and share your soul’s authentic expression while bearing witness to the profound beauty that resides within each participant.

Workshop:
Through guided explanations or with the aid of music, we’ll help you draw or journal your dance movements first, allowing your creativity to flow freely. This will be followed by a meditation, guiding you towards a harmonious fusion of movement and mindfulness.

Witnessing and Participating:
Experience the profound balance between witnessing the dance of others and being immersed in your own movement. Our workshop encourages both roles – witnessing the unique expressions of fellow participants and embracing the joy of dancing without inhibition.

Inclusive Experience:
This workshop is designed for individuals of all fitness levels and physical abilities. Whether you’re an able-bodied person that can fully experience all movements or you have physical restrictions or need to participate in a chair, our sessions can be modified to accommodate your comfort and needs. No prior experience is required; you set your own limits.

To maintain an intimate setting, we are limiting participation to 25 individuals. Reserve your spot now to secure your place in this transformative experience.

Preparation: Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket to ensure your comfort during the workshop. Chair seating is an alternative option to a floor mat.
