7-Week Course
Monday Nights: 6:30-8:45 p.m.
April 22, 29; May 13, 20, June 3, 10, 24
REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Conflict is part of the human experience and individuals cope with it in many different ways. Some people avoid conflict and leave relationships, jobs, organizations, etc. when they come face to face with a challenging individual(s) or situation. Others like to face it head on like a linebacker ready to plow down anyone or any situation that stirs up injustice, presents an opposing view, or is offensive in any way. While some dig their heels in and are not willing to see more than their own point of view. Still, others watch from the sidelines with great unease or stand in critical judgment of others looking for someone to blame. All reactions depicted above are triggered by physiological and learned defense mechanism, and all reactions are a form of resistance.
The Navigating My Way Through Conflict series will explore:
- The dynamics of conflict
- Empower you to lean into conflict to seek greater insight and understanding of yourself and others
- Teach tools on how to remain centered in Truth and grounded in your core values in the midst of challenging people and situations.
- To spiritual heal and transform your life and support the healing of others.
