March 5, 2025, Ash Wednesday, marks the beginning of Lent—a sacred season embraced by Christian faith communities worldwide. During these forty days leading to Easter Sunday, we are invited into a time of reflection, renewal, and transformation through prayer, fasting, and simple living.
New Thought communities like Unity by the Shore extend a universal invitation to Forty Days of Releasing, Realigning, and Rising—a spiritual journey open to all who seek deeper meaning, greater peace, and a more vibrant expression of their divine potential.
Releasing calls you to gently surrender thoughts, beliefs, words, and behaviors that no longer serve your highest good. As you let go, you make space for grace, peace, and new possibilities.
Realigning is an act of sacred remembrance—harmonizing your thoughts, emotions, words, and actions with the Truth of who you are.
Rise by embracing your Spiritual Power—activating the Divine Abilities within you, such as Faith, Strength, Love, Wisdom, and Life. In doing so, you step into a renewed sense of confidence, courage, hope, and appreciation for the life you are here to live.
As you consciously engage your Spiritual Powers of Elimination, Life, and Dominion, you open the way for profound transformation—releasing limitation and awakening to the fullness of your Divine Nature. This Lenten season, and every day, you have the opportunity to embody Truth, walk in purpose, and radiate the light of your soul.
I invite you to join me in a sacred prayer ceremony, where we will commit to releasing what no longer serves, affirming the Truth within, and consciously selecting a Spiritual Power to intentionally embody for the next 40 days. Please bring a small amount of oil for anointing your forehead, third eye, as a symbol of your dedication to this journey of awakening.
