10 AM – 3:30 PM
3508 Asbury Ave, Neptune, NJ 07753
In this two-part workshop Uma Girish will discuss how those of us who are grieving struggle with emotions like anger, sadness, and guilt, and how our emotions serve a purpose. Uma will help you understand the need for emotions and how to cope with difficult days during the holidays. She will encourage you to be open to the messages of your heart.
In Part Two of the workshop, Lo Anne Mayer will discuss the need for forgiveness and how you can reach through the veil to ask the questions of your dead loved-one in order to release the barriers to your own healing. Using transpersonal journaling, you can discover that love never dies, even though your loved one has passed. Healing of any unfinished business is not only possible, it is inevitable through Celestial Conversations.
Bring a journal, your own lunch and an open heart to receive suggestions that have helped hundreds of others move through their grief to a new normal filled with hope and healing, even during the holidays.
Tickets: $50
