Bring new inspiration and freedom to your body and mind with an integrative dance, meditative movement, and mindfulness-based practice. Discover dynamic movements to release innate feelings of joy, power, freedom, grace strength, and vitality… You will experience a renewal of spirit and connection to your soul as your body guides you toward self-expression and aliveness.

Following the movement journey, we will collect the transformational and healing fruits of the spiritual dance through a guided exploration of the inner self as felt on a body level.

Odelia is also a Somatic Expressive Arts Therapy (SomaSoul ®)practitioner, a certified Structural Yoga teacher, and a peer counseling teacher. Alan Wasserman Biography:

Classical pianist and educator Alan Wasserman has served as President of the Music Educators Association of New Jersey, the prestigious Cecilian

Music Club of 1883 and, currently, the Shore Music Educators Association.

His passion for music has led him to study with international pedagogue Edna Golandsky, in part under the direction of Dorothy Taubman, as well as world-class performers Alan Feinberg, Misha Portnoff, Veda Zuponcic, and Roberto Bravo.

Wasserman has performed in Europe, China, and Russia; in New York City at Weill Hall at Carnegie Hall and other venues; as well as museums, libraries, and events in New Jersey. He frequently serves as a judge for piano competitions and lectures to music educator associations. Wasserman’s “Music Hour” presentations, offered free to the public, given quarterly since 2005 in Freehold, NJ, demonstrate his commitment to community education. His classes were featured in the book “From the Cradle of Classical Music” about the 130th anniversary of the Cecilian Music Club.

Alan has led his students, many of whom are competition winners, and their families to immersive musical excursions in China, Russia, Germany, Austria, Canada and the United States. He was part of a “Monster Concert performance of 100 pianos that partnered students from the USA and China in Shanghai.

Alan is also a Chi Kung and Tai Chi ‘player’, a black belt in Tai Kwon Do, and a student of yoga.
