Maundy Thursday Service
April 17, 2025
Service: 6 PM
In-Person & Via Zoom
The name “Maundy Thursday” comes from the Latin Dias Mandatum, meaning “the day of the new commandment.” On this sacred night, Jesus, our Master Teacher, imparted a profound truth: “Love one another as I have loved you.” This was not just a teaching—it was a transmission of Divine Love, inviting his disciples into a new way of seeing, being, and living.
Come and experience the Last Supper through a Wisdom lens, as we reflect on the Cosmic Readings of Love from the Gospel of John and open ourselves to the transforming presence of Christ within.
Through sacred reflection, communion, and a deepening awareness of the 12 Spiritual Powers represented by the 12 Apostles, we step into the living reality of Christ-Consciousness.
Whether in person or joining virtually, you are invited to bring an open heart and a willingness to receive the gift of divine love. If participating via Zoom, please bring a glass of wine or grape juice and a piece of bread to share in the sacred remembrance of communion—not as a ritual of the past, but as an embodied experience of Love here and now.
Together, we enter the mystery. Together, we remember. Together, we abide in Love.
Love,
Rev. Angela
