What to expect at the event:
I will talk a little bit about what breathwork is and how it is beneficial as a daily practice, how to practice with efficiency and max benefit, I’ll go over a little of what is happening in the body when you do strong and gentle breathing techniques. Very simple and straightforward.
I’ll go over 3 types of breathing techniques.
- Activating/strong/energetic breathing
- Breathing to calm the nervous system
- Breathing for Sleep
I will also explain how to breathe for meditative states which is a combination of the first two.
2. Vicky Mapes (2 PM – 3 PM)
Founder of You First Personal Fitness.
One of my passions in life is helping others find joy, heal, and open their hearts through dance and movement. Dance has always been a big part of my life and has grown into the beautiful thing it is today! Through the years, I have learned how to experience greater joy and spiritual connection through dance. By allowing my movements to be divinely guided, my dancing flows naturally from within and opens my heart to find joy and healing. Sharing the healing experience of movement and dance is a gift I love sharing with others.

What to expect at the event:
I invite you to join me on the dance floor for “Sacred Spiritual Movement” as I guide you through a joyful, heart-opening, holistic experience. I will use a combination of music, movement, meditation, and spiritual and prayerful dance. This workshop will promote joy, and healing and is very therapeutic. All are welcome even if you’re not moved to dance, just witnessing and being present in the sacred experience is heart-opening and healing.
3. Dani Heise (3:25 PM – 4:30 PM)
Sound Vibration Therapist
Enjoy a Sound Bath’s sounds and vibrations used to help activate the nervous system, allowing it to reduce stress, improve sleep, improve focus and unblock energy. This session will leave participants feeling rejuvenated and prepared for the coming week.
