We have entered the sacred season of Advent—a time of anticipation, reflection, and renewal. In Christian tradition, Advent heralds the coming of the Christ Child. Metaphysically, it signifies the awakening of the indwelling Spirit—the birth of Divine Awareness within the heart of humanity.
This holy season invites us to honor the inner light that lives in every soul. Whether celebrated as the Christ Light, the flames of Hanukkah, the return of the sun, or the quiet radiance of awakening consciousness, this Light is universal, eternal, and alive within us all.
Throughout the four weeks before Christmas, we are called to embody Hope, Peace, Love, and Joy. This year, we will reflect on these qualities through scenes from One Magic Christmas, a film that tenderly mirrors the soul’s journey from despair to wonder.
Ginnie Grainger begins the film weary and without faith, unable to perceive goodness or possibility. Yet signs of Divine Light and Divine Life gently persist—her children’s unshakable belief in possibility, Jack’s steadfast love, and the angel Gideon’s patient guidance. Through them, Ginnie is reminded of what she once knew: that Hope is real, Peace is possible, Love is ever-present, and Joy can be reborn.
