AFFIRMATION: When I become aware of the experience of persecution, I go within and breath into the sacred realm of Illumined Consciousness. From the toroidal field of my unified heart, condemnation inflicted upon me by my pain body or the pain body of others dissolves into nothingness. Blessed am I who is liberated.

Peace gives rise within and radiates out from the core of my being. I am a grounding presence of calm, healing light. Blessed am I. Blessed are we.
