First Saturdays of the Month
10 am – 11:30 am
If we find ourselves distracted or uneasy, we can practice mindful breathing, walking and meditation to help center and return to ourselves in the present moment. Through the practice of mindfulness, we can increase our ease and happiness every day.
Monthly practice includes guided sitting meditation, walking meditation and optional sharing.
We welcome anyone who is interested in joining us!
