Monthly Healing Circle held on second Sunday
Second Sunday of each month at 12:30 P.M. at the church. Join us in community as we gather once a month to reinforce the teaching of Myrtle Fillmore (co-founder of Unity) and her practice of prayer-based healing. With meditation, prayer and healing sound vibrations of Tibetan bowls and gongs, we offer healing to ourselves, one another and the broader community/world. Unity chaplains, Reiki practitioners and energy workers circulate.

DAY OF MINDFULNESS
In the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh
We welcome you to enjoy a day together with us, practicing mindfulness in sitting and walking meditation, eating, and other activities
When: Saturday, March 10, 2012, 10 am to 3:30 pm
(Please arrive by 9:45 am)
Where: Unity Church by the Shore
Registration: There will be a sign up sheet in the church foyer or call the church office (phone number above) at the beginning of March

Please bring:
* A vegetarian bag lunch (tea and coffee will be provided)
* A shawl or light blanket, if needed for extra warmth
* A heavy blanket or sleeping bag for the floor during deep relaxation meditation
* A cushion, if preferred for meditation (chairs provided for those who wish to sit in a chair)
